This year, the Wings Over Houston Airshow is set to wow Houston residents and visitors once again!
The airshow attracts thousands of visitors and is one of the top airshows in the U.S. There is so much to see at the airshow: this family-friendly event will be exciting for all ages!
Visitors will view spectacular performances and interesting displays. The airshow includes performances by civilian, modern, and vintage planes. This year’s show will feature Matt Younkin’s Twin Beech 18, Paul Fiala’s Great Lakes Bi-Plane, “Dusty” from Disney’s Planes, Randy Ball’s MiG-17F, and a WWII airpower demo. The performer’s stunts will have your stomach doing flips!
Other events will include airplane displays, an autograph tent, and a freestyle stunt team.
Food and beverage tents as well as a kids’ area will also be available.
Wings Over Houston is scheduled to take place October 26-27 at Ellington Airport. Gates open at 8 a.m. both days, closing at 6 p.m. on Saturday and 5 p.m. on Sunday. The featured flying will occur at 10 a.m. each day.
Admission starts at twenty dollars for adults and four dollars for children. You can also purchase admission to a photo tour and reserved prime seating.
